VFR Flight Following without ADS-B?

I can probably guess the answer, but I've yet to see this specific question addressed.  Will you be able to get VFR Flight Following with a current transponder but no ADS-B Out after January 2020 (outside of Class B and C airspace)?

Yes, you will, as long as it's outside "ADS-B-required" airspace, which goes beyond just Class B/C airspace.  See 91.225 for the full list of airspace you'll have to avoid, which includes, for example, the 30nm Mode C veil outside Class B, the area over top of Class B/C areas, and most everywhere above 10,000 MSL.
